Terms & Conditions of Free Delivery and Free Gift Offers

• Free delivery Offer is only applies to all addresses within UK Mainland only.(excluding Ireland, Highlands & Islands) 
• Free deliveries are  for parcel weights up to 2kg or dimension not over 30cm X 30cm X 30cm.
• Limited to one free gift per order.
• All gift cannot be redeemed for cash or any credit or exchanged for merchandise.
• Free gift available whilst stock last.
• The offer will only apply to orders made in a single transaction and will not apply to multiple orders overtime.
• We offer a 14 day return and refund polices if you are not completely satisfy with your order.
• The value of your goods will be refunded in full excluding your original postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
•  Please note that we are not responsible for return postage costs unless the items despatched are damaged, faulty or incorrect goods. If this is the case, please contact us before returning items.
• Item(s) returned to us must be in their original condition and packaging, Unworn, Unwashed, Unaltered with all the labels intact.
• In the event of a refund being claimed, the full price cost of the free gift will be charged to you if the refund brings the original order to below £25 (or the free gift must be returned uponed and in it's original state)
• All orders are subject to acceptance under Little Star Baby Shop's standard terms and conditions.
