DISPATCH TIME SCALE
We aim to dispatch goods to you within 1-3 working days upon receipt of full payment so long as they are in stock. If your item is not in stock, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel the order.
LOST / DELAYED PARCELS
In order to be able to provide our customers with free delivery and low cost delivery options, we send some parcels via 1st or 2nd class standard Royal Mail. If you select this as your delivery method we will not be able to track your parcel. If you prefer Recorded mail or Next Day delivery, please contact us for a quotation of these services.
Items that are lost in the post will be investigated by us submitting a claim to Royal Mail. If your parcel does not arrive we will refund or resend the parcel only after Royal Mail have completed their investigations. We will not responsible for any lost or delayed parcels.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
We will endeavour to deliver our products within the times stated but items are subject to availability and sometimes delays are outside our control. Please note that while we process orders Monday to Friday, we are unable to dispatch on Sunday and Public Holidays (UK Good Friday, and Bank Holiday Mondays). In addition, deliveries over this periods are likely to be disrupted, and is something which is unfortunately outside our control. If you would like confirmation of delivery speeds over these periods please contact us at info@little-star.co.uk. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of goods if they are delivered within a reasonable period of time.
