We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

MAKING PURCHASE

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

• The product ordered being unavailable from stock

• Our inability to obtain authorization of payment

• The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion If there are any problems with you order we shall contact you.

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. If you require any information regarding your order(s), please email us at info@little-star.co.uk

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered on to the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where the product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If any item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items. 

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The total cost of the order is the price of the item(s) ordered plus the delivery charge. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, and MasterCard as well as PayPal 

REFUND & RETURN POLICIES

While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods, LITTLE STAR BABY SHOP will gladly offer you an exchange or full refund in the following circumstances:-

• You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before the items have been shipped.

• If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, then you will be liable for any delivery costs incurred by LITTLE STAR BABY SHOP.

We offer a 14 day return and refund polices if you are not completely satisfy with your order. Returns received outside of this time frame can only be exchanged. We regret we cannot offer exchanges for items returned after 14 days from the date of delivery.

• You contact us within 7 days of receive of goods.  Please contact us by email to info@little-star.co.uk

• The item(s) is returned to us in their original condition and packaging, Unworn, Unwashed, Unaltered with all the labels intact.  

• It is your responsibility to ensure that your returned items are in appropriate protective packaging. LITTLE STAR BABY SHOP reserves the right to refuse refunds on items if the product is in such condition that the item(s) needs to be reduced for resale.  

• Please obtain a proof of postage (or by recorded mail) when sending your returned items to us

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage costs unless the items dispatched are damaged, faulty or incorrect goods. If this is the case please contact us before returning items

Please notify us of any incorrect, damaged or faulty items within 24 hours by email - info@little-star.co.uk quoting your name, order number, description of what is wrong with the item(s) and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. We will not exchange or provide a refund if we suspect that you have worn or used the item(s).

Please allow 28 days from the date we receive your returned item(s) for your refund to be processed and  for funds to be credited back in to your account. All successfully returned items will only be credited to the card used to originally purchase the item(s).

Some items are non returnable for hygiene reasons, these are clearly stated in the item description.

Please note: Full refunds will only be given if we receive the items safely and within our deadline.
